Yes, very impressive! I had an adult Halloween party this year and bought a few toys as gifts, including this one. It arrived in a very discreet package. It is a little heavier than other toys I have bought. It has a very realistic feel to it. The holes inside have a nice texture and each one feels different. The holes also extend quite a distance. I’m not sure how easy it is to clean because I haven’t used it yet, but it looks like you just need to rinse the used holes with water and it should be clean.
