Yes, been extremely happy with the service I received with the team at the site. Been very helpful in giving me updates and information on what to do and how to look after my doll. Far better than the other site I ordered my previous Doll From!!! The weight adds to the realism, just not easy to move around, but I can just leave her on my bed.
